Your information is reviewed from a practical construction perspective, with human experience and judgement used to shape the advice you ultimately receive.

Your advice explains the important matters identified, practical considerations, questions worth asking and suggested next steps.

Brief clarification
You may submit one brief clarification relating to the original advice within seven days.
Remote service limitations
Build Advice is a remote advisory service. We do not physically inspect, measure, test or open up the property. Some matters may require an engineer, architect, building inspector, specialist contractor, lawyer, council or another suitably qualified professional.
